The new Land Rover Defender OCTA gets a major upgrade from QuickSilver

June 06, 2025

The new Land Rover Defender is a cultural mainstay in the UK, and it's popularity has spread far and wide since its release in 2021.

It’s also been the basis for some of the best exhausts our Sound Architects have come up with, spanning every diesel and petrol model.

When we heard the announcement of the OCTA, we knew it was just a matter of time before we had it in our workshop.

Fast forward a few weeks, and feast your eyes on our latest offering.

Made in T304 stainless steel to give that muffled 4.4 litre V8 more of a voice, this exhaust is an essential upgrade for these cars.

We’ve opened up the pipework size to 3”, giving a relatively stock sound when the valves are closed, and some more depth and musculature when the valves are open.

This system retains the OCTA stock tips, so it’ll look unchanged, but the sound will reveal the beast within.
