The most beautiful exhaust in the World

We showcase our QuickSilver Special Projects (QSP) exhaust system for the Ford GT. Made from Inconel this system includes the LM style conical inserts which are 3D printed, the first time QuickSilver have used this technology but not the last.  

The GT filmed above isn't an LM however the fit is the same and the new look is undeniably more evocative.  

Ceramic coated up to the raw finish inconel tail pipes, helps reduce engine bay temperatures by as much as 20%.

The double sleeved Inconel Tailpipes with 3D printed asymmetrical Inconel slotted inserts.

3D printed, layer upon layer of Inconel is built upon a predetermined design. This relatively new technology allows for far more bespoke projects, the possibilities almost seem endless.

These unique looking tail pipes create a venturi effect for the exiting exhaust gases which can look visually stunning as the gases swirl away from the car and accelerates the flow aiding performance very slightly. 

The cross pipe mixes the gases together, at higher revs this enhances the sound as both banks of the engine gases smash together, adding a richness of tone.

Laser cut flanges for millimetre precision and correct threaded inserts for the sensor plugs to remain in place mean a perfect fit and no emission issues.

QuickSilver Branding is only visible through the rear grill, we also offer custom branding on the opposing side.
