We have designed two distinct systems for the 2015 on Mustang V8 and Ecoboost models. A 'Sound Architect' quad carbon tip sport system and a twin carbon tip sport exhaust system.
Both systems offer an enhanced experience over the factory exhaust. At lower engine speeds they produce a wonderful deep tone, with volume and pitch increasing in direct proportion to rpm climaxing in a robust V8 growl at the red line.
Our quad tip 'Sound Architect' system's key feature is that this system contains two separate gas paths and an electronic flap-valve decides which path is taken, loud or quiet. This valve is controlled by the our Sound Architect APP on the driver's smart phone for ultimate control when you need it most.
The system has all the advantages of better flow and a wildly enhanced muscle car grumble but at a press of a button tames into a more subtle muted tone.
Truly 'plug & play' our electronic module simply connects to an existing accessory socket and is controlled wirelessly - so there in no intrusion into any of the car's existing systems and no re-wiring is necessary. It could not be simpler.
* The electronics are designed in-house and manufactured to the highest standards in the UK.
Top Gear's Rory Reid's choice for his own Mustang. This twin tip sport exhaust is a different beast and is designed for the more 'old school' muscle car enthusiast. A driver who enjoys that more authentic tone throughout the rev range all the time.
Without valves this system is lighter and has optimised flow for exiting exhaust gases with a noticeable improvement in throttle response.
Both systems come with our genuine carbon fibre tailpipes for a unique and more aggressive look and finish the rear end off perfectly.
The Wraith was badly damaged in an accident and Matt's famed for comprehensive fixes with high performance cars on YouTube. This Mansory Wraith was no exception, so QuickSilver supplied him special exhaust system.
