The brief was to supply a system as Bugatti would have manufactured it. The client was able to supply detail drawings of his requirement.
 
These drawings were taken by the QuickSilver engineering team and translated into product designs for manufacture.
Fairly straightforward apart from the specification of the material, 2 mm to 2.5 mm thick (most exhaust systems are 1.2 to 1.5 mm) and then forming it correctly were the challenges.
The finished product, made from annealed T304 Stainless Steel , weighed in at over 35 kgs (~77lbs) but should last until the next ice age!
