QuickSilver have a blast from the past with the Aston Martin V8 Vantage AMR
Aston Martins have some of the most recognisable sounds in the world, but there are times when they need a little more.
The V8 Vantage AMR has been around for a few years now, but it’s still one of the most desirable models available.
One customer wanted the best of the best for his car, and already had our secondary catalyst deletes fitted. Not only did he make the right call and come back to QuickSilver, he also requested an extra special exhaust.
We got to work and made what can only be described as a stunning piece of art!
Made entirely out of Titanium, and light enough to lift with a single finger, we found this exhaust produces one of the best sounds we’ve ever heard at QuickSilver HQ!
To explain how, we’re going to get a bit technical here - by using only Titanium, there’s a higher resonant frequency, which gives a rich pitch at the top end of the rev range.
The stainless version of this exhaust is a little more guttural, but we’d describe this full Titanium version as a ‘tuneful V8’.
You also get the added bonus of a nearly 75% reduction in weight compared to the stock exhaust, so you’ll not only hear it, but you’ll feel the gains in performance.
