McLaren P1 and 720s get some race catalysts courtesy of QuickSilver

The McLaren P1 and 720s are incredible feats of engineering, but we've had a few customers let us know that they're just too quiet.

 

QuickSilver Sound Architects are here once again to bring out the best sound from these cars.

 

We can now offer a set of downpipes for each model, which house some lovely race catalysts.

 

First up. the P1. Already a powerhouse in its own right, the stock 500cpsi cats have been replaced with some lovely free-flowing 300cpsi ones. 

These downpipes give the twin-turbo V8 more breathing room, and saves on weight, all in the effort of improving performance. 

 

Finished in lovely Glacier Titanium ceramic coating, these catalysts give this already one of a kind car a truly awesome sound.

 

With the 720s we've had the pipes heat cladded in a similar way to our Revuelto exhaust, and the results are just incredible. 

 

Huge reductions in surface temperatures, great looks, and a sound that would make an F1 car blush.

 

Both of these catted downpipes function perfectly with no alterations to the car, and best of all, no remapping is needed - just install and have a ball!

 

        We can also offer our sport exhaust for the 720s, if you wanted to go full beast mode.

This ceramic coated beauty gives you everything you'll need, reduced weight, improved throttle response, and as always, incredible tone and volume.
