Aston Martin V12 Vantage Performance Exhaust Upgrades

March 07, 2023

Here at QuickSilver we offer a full sound solution for every V12 Vantage in the World.

Carefully developed for models from 2020 on, which have "room for improvement", we bring out only the best in sound and performance.

Without doubt an already awe-inspiring Aston, we're now able to provide two distinct solutions that can be installed separately or together, depending on the driver's tastes.

Option 1 - 300 CPSI Ceramic Coated 'Race' Catalysts

If you want a solution that radically changes the volume of sound, this is it. Our components replace the very heavy and baffled primary and secondary 800 CPSI catalysts with our road legal and emission compliant 300 CPSI single catalysts.

Our smaller and lighter components are also ceramic coated to aid with  heat transfer and help the spent exhaust gases move away faster from the engine.

The sound is significantly louder than stock throughout the rev range with a much crisper note at the top end. This results in sharper pops and crackles on the overrun when the engine is at the appropriate running temperature.

Option 2 - Titan Sport Rear Section with Sound Architect™ inc. active valves

This rear section is also a slightly smaller and lighter component and features a Titanium silencer casing. The Titanium is not only superior in its lightness aiding all round performance, but offers a slightly different resonance than the stock Stainless Steel exhaust. Being a harder, thinner material, it brings out the higher end frequencies, giving the V12 more 'Zing'.

The system design also includes two valves which work with the cars ECU and driver programmes. In 'quieter' mode the sound is similar to the factory exhaust, and through the 'louder' path, we've increased the bore size slightly.

The result is increased throttle response with more depth in sound.

The system also features a balance pipe which the factory exhaust didn't have. This helps mix the 6 cylinder banks of the engine before leaving the car for a smoother V12 shrill at the top end.

Both QuickSilver options improve the cars original sound in slightly differing ways and when combined, they take this V12 Vantage to a new heightened realm of sound, which can only delight the driver. All while in keeping with the unmistakable Aston Martin aura.
